This privacy notice describes and explains the way private information is stored and the kind of private information that is stored when you visit our website.

Webhosting and data processing

Our website and e-mail services are hosted by webgo GmbH, Wandsbeker Zollstr. 95, 22041 Hamburg, Germany. When visiting our website, anonymized data on your website visit (see below) are stored on servers managed by webgo. Similary, if you send an e-mail to hello@euplex.org, your e-mail address will be stored on servers managed by webgo. For this purpose, we entered into a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 EU General Data Protection Regulation with webgo. For further information, please review webgo's privacy policy.

Stored data

We do not log any private visitor information ourselves. However the following information on website visitors is logged automatically by our hosting provider and stored on our server:

• name of the requested file,
• date and time of the request,
• transferred data size,
• status code of the request,
• visitor's operating system,
• browser (user agent),
• the referring website
• masked IP address of the visitor

We may solely use this data in order to optimize the presentation of the contents on our website and to obtain information on aggregate website visits.
